Summary

Introduced with the National Cancer Screening Register Bill 2016, the bill amends the

Australian Immunisation Register Act 2015
,
Australian Institute of Health and Welfare Act 1987
and
Health Insurance Act 1973
to authorise the disclosure of specified information for inclusion in the National Cancer Screening Register. Also authorises the transfer of state and territory cervical screening data to the register.
